Change of Mind Returns - 30 Days

All of us at iWooHoo would like you to be pleased with your purchase. If you change your mind, we are able to offer you a store credit or exchange for your returned goods, provided that:

  • You return the item within 30 days of purchase
  • We can confirm your purchase is from us
  • The item is in re-saleable condition, is unused and as sold

You will be responsible for any return freight charges. We can assist with return freight - please reach out to the contact details below.

 

Faulty Goods Returns

 

We offer a 12 Month Warranty, unless otherwise specified in product description

If you received a faulty product please get in touch with us, so our customer service team can get this sorted for you. Depending on the nature of the issue, we may offer a refund, replacement product or repair. We want to achieve a suitable solution for you, and will organise return freight if necessary.
